These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our cleaning services, website, and any agreements between Alexa Cleaning Service and our clients.

Services Provided

Alexa Cleaning Service offers commercial, domestic, industrial, and end-of-tenancy cleaning. Our services are provided according to the agreed schedule and specifications.

Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before service delivery.

  • Payments can be made via list payment methods, e.g., bank transfer or cash 

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is processed.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 5 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.

  • If a service is not completed due to our fault, a partial or full refund may be issued.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Valuables and fragile items should be secured before service.

  • Any special cleaning instructions must be provided in advance.

Liability and Damage

  • We take utmost care in delivering our services. However, Alexa Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or items.

  • In the rare case of accidental damage caused by our staff, please report it within 24 hours of service completion.

Health and Safety

  • Our cleaners follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed hazardous.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Changes to Terms

Alexa Cleaning Service reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

At Alexa Cleaning Service, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled cleaning, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If Alexa Cleaning Service cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Unsatisfactory Service

  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We may offer a free re-clean to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

  • Partial or full refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Alexa Cleaning Service if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the cleaning service was completed as scheduled and no issues were reported within 24 hours.

  • If access to the property was not provided at the scheduled time, leading to a missed appointment.

  • If the client has unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed service scope.

  • If false claims are made about the service provided.
