At Alexa Cleaning Service, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- If you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled cleaning, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- If Alexa Cleaning Service cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
We may offer a free re-clean to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
Partial or full refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Alexa Cleaning Service if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the cleaning service was completed as scheduled and no issues were reported within 24 hours.
If access to the property was not provided at the scheduled time, leading to a missed appointment.
If the client has unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed service scope.
If false claims are made about the service provided.
